In his speech, Ville Keränen presents the Team Academy, founded in 1993 by Johannes Partanen. The concept is really different from all schools we know: no lectures, no teaching, no exams, no grades, no simulations, but instead: team company, real clients and projects, lots of dialogue, and team coach. Through various examples, he explains the principles of such a school and what we could get from it.
